Rivet Nuts: Essential for creating strong threaded connections in thin or soft materials, our rivet nuts are available in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. As an Authorized Bollhoff Distributor, we offer the entire Bollhoff catalog as well as non-Bollhoff options, including access to other brands like Atlas, Avdel & AVK.  Many of these companies, especially Bollhoff, offer both domestic and global manufacturing solutions. Just ask us if you have a specific “country of origin” requirement.

Blind Rivets: We supply standard open-end blind rivets, closed-end rivets for waterproof applications, multi-grip rivets for SKU reduction, and structural rivets for high-load environments. While many blind rivets have been sourced overseas for cost reasons, some USA fastener manufacturers still produce rivets, especially semi-tubular and solid rivets.

Threaded Inserts for Plastics: Many custom threaded inserts are made domestically, while catalog inserts, such as Bollhoff IMTEC® (pre-mold) and AMTEC® (post-mold), are typically made in Europe. Spirol® provides threaded inserts for plastics that will meet virtually any customer requirement, with both domestic and international manufacturing solutions.

Electronic Threaded Fasteners: Miniature fasteners that are designed for secure and reliable connections in electronic applications, such as threaded standoffs, are manufactured both in the USA and overseas through established partnerships.

Lockbolts: Used in structural applications (heavy truck, construction, etc.) requiring permanent strength and vibration resistance, lockbolts are primarily sourced internationally, with some limited USA manufacturing available.

Proper installation ensures optimal fastener performance. Rivet Nut USA™ offers manual, pneumatic, and battery-operated tools for efficient installation.

Pneumatic Air Install Tools: The 4090 (Bollhoff’s P2007) is a versatile, ergonomic pull-to-pressure rivet nut gun ideal for high-volume settings. While primarily made in Europe, we stock these tools in our Milwaukee, WI facility.

Battery-Operated Install Tools: We stock installation tools for rivet nuts, rivets, and lockbolts. The B9010 (RK-401CR) cordless blind rivet tool provides mobility and efficiency. Most battery-powered tools are assembled overseas due to decades of offshoring.

Manual Hand Tools: Our C845 and C722 manual wrench installation tools are proudly Made in the USA. Designed for low-to-medium production work, field repairs, and prototyping, they support a wide range of rivet nuts.
