Introducing the newest battery-operated, cordless blind rivet installation tool, the RivetKing® RK-403 | Rivet Nut USA™ B7403 EcoSet™! This upgraded tool builds off of the original battery tool, the RivetKing® RK-401CR | Rivet Nut USA™ B9010. This ergonomically designed contractor grade tool is made with efficiency and frees the user from pneumatic airlines! Rivet Nut USA™’s B7403 is a battle tested production-environment ready battery blind rivet tool. It stands above all other rivet battery installation tools in regard to installation power, extended battery time and lifespan, and is ready to handle almost any fastener application from standard blind rivets to structural.
Its durable construction guarantees low maintenance and quality accessories. The carbon brushes are replaceable for a longer motor life. The nosepieces (comes with nosepieces for each rivet size) are easily changed with a wrench that is provided with each tool, and the Li-ion battery with 20V charger provides superior run-time.
Generally, the B7403 tool installs most rivets with thread capacities between 1/8” – 1/4″ (3.2mm – 6.4mm). To ensure you are outfitted with the correct tool for your application and fastener, please contact us with your details!
- Step 1: Drop the mandrel side of the rivet into the nose piece
- Step 2: A single trigger pull will complete the entire installation sequence
- Step 3: The tool will automatically reverse out of installed fastener and the mandrel will be collected in rear of the tool.
