Designed for use in repetitive high-volume production cells, such as the automotive industry, with a capacity of up to 36 rivet nuts per minute!

The Bollhoff NEO P107 Pneumatic Rivet Nut Tool (also known as Rivet Nut USA™ P4107) represents the third-generation advancement in Bollhoff’s line of pneumatic installation tools. This Bollhoff NEO P107 offers the best ergonomics and install speed in the industry.

Following five years of careful innovation, Bollhoff launched the P107 to deliver superior ergonomics, accuracy, and speed. This advanced new model features major improvements in several key performance aspects, including:

Quick Adjustments

• Uses the same mandrels and anvils as your other Bollhoff tools
• Easier replacements for thread sizes

Improved Ergonomics & Durability

• Redesigned trigger to limit pinching

Force Setting

• Greater accuracy for install force adjustments
• Unscrewing from the installed fastener is automatically triggered when the setting force is reached

Comparison between Bollhoff NEO P107 (3^rd generation) vs Bollhoff P2007 (2^nd generation)

• The Bollhoff NEO P107 has a slightly faster install speed (36 vs 30 installs per minute), bit smaller (more nimble), and a bit more ergonomic (good for high-volume install envirnoments) than the existing Bollhoff P2007 (Rivet Nut USA™P4090).
• The Bollhoff NEO P107 has just a bit less top-end strength than the Bollhoff P2007, which rarely matters as it applies only to the largest rivet nuts (usually 3/18-16 thread size and above).
• Otherwise, the two tools function largely the same in most install environments.

With increased speed, reduced weight, and improved ergonomics, this next-generation tool ensures consistent, high-quality installation of RIVNUT® blind rivet nuts, nutserts, and threaded inserts.

P4107 | Bollhoff NEO P107 Operating Information:

• Step 1: The fastener will auto-feed onto the installation tool.
• Step 2: A single trigger pull will complete the entire installation sequence.
• Step 3: The tool will automatically reverse out of installed fastener.
• Cycle Time: Up to 36 installs per minute.
• Improved Ergonomic Grip and Balance: For operator comfort (additional ergonomic accessories available, just ask!).
• Pull Force: 3,000 lbf or 18 kN
• Stroke: .275 in or 7.0 mm
• Manufacturer Part Number: Bollhoff P107 (Rivet Nut USA P4107)
• Air Pressure:  Regulate to 87 PSI (6.0 Bar) of clean dry air for best operation.

Unified Rivet Nuts: 4-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 10-32, 1/4-20, 1/4-28, 5/16-18, 5/16-24, 3/8-16, 3/8-24
Metric Rivet Nuts: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10

• Mandrel & Anvil required for each thread size. These are considered consumables of the tool, please keep backup(s) on hand!
• Please consult us on your exact fastener and application to assure you invest in the most capable tool for the job.
  • Note: Material type of fastener is critical. Example: Install tool may be set up for a 3/8-16 rivet nut, but tool is only capable of installing a soft aluminum 3/8-16 rivet nut, and can not install a harder steel or hardest stainless steel 3/8-16 rivet nut. A heavier duty tool would be required to install the harder steel or hardest stainless steel 3/8-16 rivet nut. Call us with questions!
