The Bollhoff NEO B109, also known as Rivet Nut USA™ B4109, is the ultimate upgrade in our battery-operated tool lineup. The B4109 brings you a full suite of process monitoring (quality control) upgrades when compared to the base B4107 model.  The B4109 has added features like cutting-edge new software (see video, NEOSOFT Software) for process monitoring, improved quality control, and tool panel. The B4109 is designed for industry professionals who demand the best!

Bollhoff introduced the NEO B109 after five years of thorough testing and development. Combining power, precision, and the newest technology, it sets a new standard in the RIVNUT® (or blind rivet nut) installation tooling industry. This model includes everything the B4107 has to offer and more!

NEW Feature: Installation Process Monitoring:

• Upgraded Panel Display: Easily change your program to initiate the processing monitoring for the specific application.
• LED Rear Light: Signals to the operator if the install meets the required specifications. Receive green or red–light indicators to show if your installation is a go (good) or it is a no-go (bad). Additionally, the tool can be programmed to lock up on an alarm/error and require a manual reset. This type of process monitoring will ensure quality and consistent results.
• Counting Functionality: The NEO B109 tool can count total number of installs (i.e. 1,000 fasteners installed today), number of installs per product (i.e. 5 fasteners per bumper) and number of products completed (i.e. 10 bumpers today).
• New! NEOSOFT Software: This software is loaded to a computer, then via USB cable, the computer talks to the B109 tool, giving the user complete control over the entire installation process. NEOSOFT Software allows the user to establish program settings for each application the tool is used in, performance reviews of recent installations (good, questionable, bad), installation count records (overall counts and by application), alarm management (should a bad install occur), and so much more! Metric Rivet Nuts: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10

• Mandrel & Anvil required for each thread size. These are considered consumables of the tool, please keep backup(s) on hand!
• Please consult us on your exact fastener and application to assure you invest in the most capable tool for the job.
  • Note: Material type of fastener is critical. Example: Install tool may be set up for a 1/2-13 rivet nut, but tool is only capable of installing a soft aluminum 1/2-13 rivet nut, and can not install a harder steel or hardest stainless steel 1/2-13 rivet nut.
