Our team has long processed orders accurately and shipped reliably, even as volumes increased—often through extra internal checks and manual steps to ensure nothing was missed. As our business continues to grow, we’ve invested in systems that make those strong processes easier, faster, and more scalable. To support that goal, we’ve transitioned to Acumatica, a modern, cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Acumatica establishes a strong foundation for continued growth and future customer-facing capabilities. The platform positions us to offer expanded digital tools, such as a customer facing web portal which can easily access online quote requests, shipment tracking, receipts, and invoices. These enhancements are designed to inject additional value directly into our customers’ supply chains.
What This Means for Customers
The internal efficiencies created by Acumatica allow us to increase speed and throughput as customer order volume continues to grow. This supports a higher in-stock, same-day shipment rate while maintaining our current service standards. Improved inventory visibility also enables us to quickly identify similar or alternative part numbers that are already in-stock. In time-sensitive situations, this allows us to help customers find a viable in-stock solution and keep production moving.
