Stainless Steel Blind Rivets

The Rivinox® Self-Washering Stainless Steel Blind Rivet is a premium, high-retention fastener designed to deliver strong, vibration-resistant connections with a clean, finished appearance on both sides of your application. Because both the rivet body and mandrel are made from stainless steel, Rivinox® blind rivets offer corrosion and pull-through resistance for demanding environments like in marine applications.

• Self-Washering Back Side – When installed, the rivet forms a wide flange on the back side. This helps spread the load, increases shear force resistance and reduces the chance of pull-through in thin materials.
• Clean Finished Appearance – The dome head (front side) and clean secondary rear flange (back side) offers a professional, finished look from BOTH sides of the application.
• Stainless Steel Material – This helps give the installation added strength and durability for harsh environments.
• Locked Mandrel – The mandrel breaks off nearly flush with the head and stays locked in place to reduce vibration and loosening after installation.
• Strong & Reliable Performance – These rivets are suited for medium-duty applications.  The enhanced grip helps provide a reliable, secure connection.

High-Strength Blind Fastening for Demanding Applications

The Rivibulb® is similar in nature to the Rivinox® (see above for more information on the Rivinox®).  The Rivibulb® is a steel zinc-plated mandrel and steel zinc-plated rivet body (Rivinox® is stainless steel). Rivibulb® rivets are compatible with standard blind rivet installation tools, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Proper tool selection ensures optimal bulb formation and maximum joint performance.
