Free yourself from pneumatic air lines! Rivet Nut USA™’s B4090 (also known as Bollhoff’s B2007 battery installation tool) is a battle tested production-environment ready battery rivet nut tool. It stands above all other battery tools in regards to installation power and lifespan. If you’re looking for a cordless rivet nut gun, the B4090 is what you need! The tool is a “smart” tool. It has quality assurance features built into the tool (counter, maintenance reminder, battery life, etc.). The B4090 is typically used to install rivet nuts, Bollhoff RIVNUTS®, small PLUSNUTS® & RIVSTUDS®. “Pull to Pressure” allows the user to initially set-up the tool to a predetermined installation force. The tool will properly and consistently install every rivet nut, even including if the material thicknesses varies from install to install. “Pull to Pressure” greatly reduces the risk of bad installs. - Step 1: The fastener will auto-feed onto the installation tool.
- Step 2: A single trigger pull will complete the entire installation sequence.
- Step 3: The tool will automatically reverse out of installed fastener.
- Cycle Time: Up to 25 installs per minute.
- Ergonomic grip and balance for operator comfort (additional ergonomic accessories available, just ask!)
- Pull Force: 4,000 lbf or 18 kN.
- Stroke: .275 in or 7 mm.
- Manufacturer Part Number: Bollhoff B2007 (Cardinal B4090).
- Average 500 – 800 cycles per battery charge. Multi-battery charging station is an available accessory.

- Note: Material type of fastener is critical. The tool will require different adjustments depending if the fastener is aluminum (soft, easier to install), steel or stainless steel (hard, hardest to install, more power needed).
