The C722 wrench-style rivet nut installation tool is designed to install both rivet nuts and plus body rivet nuts, including Böllhoff RIVNUT® and PLUSNUT® fasteners. The C845 tool is designed specifically for installing rivet nuts and Boellhoff RIVNUTs®.
Both manual tools feature a simple, durable design that uses a hex key to hold the tool while a standard hex mechanic’s wrench applies the installation torque. As the wrench is turned, the tool generates a linear pull stroke that securely sets the RIVNUT® or PLUSNUT® fastener.
Originally developed by BF Goodrich/Böllhoff as the C722 and C845, these tools are now manufactured by LEM/OGS under the model numbers L722 and L845 after acquiring the rights to the original designs.

Metric Rivet Nuts: M8, M10, M12
C845 (Rivet Nuts)
Unified Rivet Nuts: 4-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 10-32, 1/4-20, 1/4-28
Metric Rivet Nuts: M3, M4, M5, M6
- Tools are thread size specific (one thread size per tool). Replacement mandrels are available for only the c845 tool. Mandrels are considered consumables of the tool, please keep backup(s) on hand!
